John has been grading for our company for three years. He has worked out a plan to keep our yard draining through the winter and level out the berms that develop through heavy forklift use. The equipment he brings is in excellent working order, with no wasted downtime. A very good value for the amount of grading we need each year. The muddy mosh pit sucked off both human shoes and the horses. Cole came out and assessed our area promptly after making a call to him. The following day 3 truck loads of DG was delivered followed by the arrival of a big tractor, small tractor and steamroller. Both Cole and John did an amazing job grading the barn and paddock area with appropriate slope for run off. And, they cleaned up everything before they left the project.
